Epoxy Lab was built from two passions that have been part of my life for years: cars and real estate.

I’ve had a lifelong passion for anything automotive, which has meant more late nights in the garage than I can count. Over the years, I came to appreciate how much better a garage feels when it’s more than just a place to park—it should be a clean, finished space you actually enjoy spending time in.

At the same time, my years in the real estate world gave me an appreciation for what thoughtful improvements can do for a property. The right upgrades don’t just change how a space looks—they change how it feels, functions, and ultimately how much you enjoy it.
